James Murnane is a career commercial real estate finance professional, having worked in a variety of banking positions around the world. Over a 30-plus year career, Murnane has been involved in over $3 billion in commercial real estate transactions, as a lender/manager and owner, within all industry segments. Murnane is highly skilled in all facets of commercial real estate financing, structuring and management and has written numerous proprietary financial analysis and modelling programs. He has a specific expertise in historic and new market tax credit transaction structure and management.
As principal of D.W. Gates Engineering Services, Derek Gates, P.E. has been personally involved in the design of electrical power distribution for a variety of projects over the last 20 years. With his experience in electrical power design, he has led the creation of electrical plans and specifications, completed building electrical design plans for buildings up to 100,000 sq. ft., designed commercial photovoltaic systems, and designed electrical generators for a variety of buildings.
Geoff specializes in analysis and design of conventional steel , light gauge steel, masonry and timber structures. His responsibility includes design/development, final design calculations and drawings, and coordinating with other engineering disciplines for each project as needed. Geoff is proficient at new construction and renovation design, and analysis associated with all types of buildings.
